Các bên liên quan đã có bản tường trình về sự việc, trong đó khẳng định thí sinh H.N.T, Trường THPT Chuyên Phan Ngọc Hiển có mặt tại phòng thi đúng thời gian quy định và thực hiện đầy đủ trách nhiệm của mình theo sự hướng dẫn của hai cán bộ coi thi.
