Ngay khi kết thúc năm học 2021-2022 hồi cuối tháng 6, vợ chồng anh Phan Ngọc Châu đã gửi hai con gái (học sinh tiểu học và THCS tại Q.1, TP.HCM) về quê ở Trà Vinh để nghỉ hè cùng với ông bà ngoại.
Đến đầu tháng 8, anh Châu thắc mắc: “Tôi không biết khi nào học sinh sẽ tựu trường cho năm học mới để gia đình về quê đón các cháu trở lại TP.HCM. Nếu đón con lên sớm thì vợ chồng tôi lo lắng vì đi làm cả ngày từ sáng đến tối, buộc phải để các cháu ở nhà một mình, khá bất tiện”.
Tương tự, có con trúng tuyển vào lớp 10 Trường THPT Gia Định (Q.Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM), anh Nguyễn Hữu Hòa cũng mong muốn sớm có thông tin về thời điểm tựu trường.
“Thời gian vừa qua, cháu vất vả ôn tập và tham gia kỳ thi tuyển sinh lớp 10. Sau kỳ thi, tôi đề nghị gia đình đi du lịch nhưng cháu nhất quyết ở nhà chờ kết quả thi. Đến nay, thủ tục nhập học lớp 10 đã hoàn tất và tôi muốn biết ngày tựu trường để gia đình sắp xếp thời gian, tranh thủ đi du lịch trước khi con bắt đầu năm học mới", anh Hòa chia sẻ.
Trước mối quan tâm của phụ huynh học sinh, ông Phan Văn Quang, Phó phòng Giáo dục Q.Tân Bình (TP.HCM), chia sẻ: "Theo quy trình, Bộ GD-ĐT sẽ ban hành khung kế hoạch thời gian năm học đối với tất cả bậc học từ mầm non đến ĐH trên toàn quốc".
Từ đó, UBND các tỉnh thành sẽ ban hành khung thời gian năm học cụ thể, bao gồm: ngày tựu trường, ngày thực học, ngày khai giảng, ngày kết thúc học kỳ 1, học kỳ 2, lịch nghỉ Tết Nguyên đán…, theo ông Quang.
Ông Quang cho hay: "Hằng năm, khoảng từ ngày 15.8, Bộ GD-ĐT thường tổ chức tổng kết năm học cũ và công bố khung kế hoạch thời gian năm học mới. Sau thời điểm này, UBND TP.HCM sẽ công bố khung kế hoạch thời gian năm học mới".
