Chính quyền Thiên Tân vui mừng cung cấp Học bổng Quốc tế cho các sinh viên tài năng muốn theo học các chương trình đại học, thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ tại Trung Quốc. Học bổng Chính phủ Thiên Tân (TGS) được thành lập bởi Chính quyền thành phố Thiên Tân nhằm hỗ trợ các ứng viên muốn bắt đầu học tập tại Trung Quốc.
