Với ý định hỗ trợ tài chính cho sinh viên, Ủy ban Quản lý Quỹ Nghiên cứu Quốc gia đang trao Học bổng Viện Khổng Tử của Đại học Sư phạm Cáp Nhĩ Tân ở Trung Quốc.
